# You don’t need to know the solution.

It is enough to know which process is costing you unnecessary time. We work out what is causing it and whether a change is worth it. If it is, I implement the right solution as well.

A current process, looked at the way we do in the Process Check: Open the email: system can do it; Read the details: automate; Retype into Excel: drop; Check customer & item: automate; Clarify special cases: stays with people; Enter into the system: system can do it. Recommendation: simplify first, then automate.

01 Working together

## Start small. Go further when it pays off.

You start with the initial call. Everything else we decide afterwards – together, without pressure to buy a package.

1. ### Initial call

We talk about one specific process.

Afterwards we know where to start: with a Process Check or directly with implementation.

   Result

Clarity on where it makes sense to start.

   What you gain

   - Free of charge and without obligation
   - You speak directly to the person who will later do the work
   - Not a sales pitch, but an honest first look

2. Your ideal starting point

   When clarity is still missing

   ### Process Check

Find out whether a change is worth it – and which one.

We look at one specific process, find the biggest time drains and work out what can be simplified or automated.

   [More on the Process Check](https://riccardonentwich.com/en/services/process-check/)

   Result

A clear recommendation with an economic assessment – even if it says: build nothing.

   What you gain

   - You see in black and white where time is lost
   - You decide based on figures rather than gut feeling
   - Manageable effort before you invest in implementation

3. When the problem and the goal are clear

   ### Process Automation

A clear process becomes a solution that works in everyday use.

I implement what the process needs: for example an automation, an AI agent, an AI knowledge system, a form, a small web application or a connection between existing systems.

   Result

A process that runs more simply afterwards – measured against what we defined beforehand.

   What you gain

   - Your team is relieved of routine work
   - Existing systems are used, not replaced
   - Your team is trained, not left to cope alone

4. When several processes are connected

   ### Process Integration

Several processes and systems work together.

From enquiry to quote, order and invoice, without the same information being entered more than once.

   [More on system integration](https://riccardonentwich.com/en/services/system-integration/)

   Result

End-to-end processes across departments and systems.

   What you gain

   - Information is captured only once
   - Fewer queries between departments
   - One point of contact who thinks process, systems and people together

5. When your solution is up and running

   ### Ongoing Process Optimisation

So that your solution stays reliable and grows with you.

I keep processes reliable, adapt them when processes or systems change, and develop them further where it makes sense – only as long as there is a real reason to.

   Result

Digital processes that stay reliable and keep developing.

   What you gain

   - Your processes keep running, even when systems change
   - A fixed point of contact instead of ticket support
   - Further development only when it pays off

Note

**Workshops** with your team are possible at any stage – as needed, and always based on a specific process.

02 Stance

## Not the biggest solution. The most sensible one.

1. Automation does not pay off right now.
2. Simplify first.
3. Your system can already do that.
4. The interface would cost more than it brings.

These are results, too.

03How I work

## One point of contact. Clear boundaries.

[More about me](https://riccardonentwich.com/en/about/)

- Directly with me.

I see every project through personally and bring in experienced partners from my network when needed.

- Existing systems first.

New software only if it actually solves something better. I am not tied to particular tools.

- Clear scope.

Every assignment has a defined result and an end.

- People decide.

Routine runs automatically. Exceptions stay with your staff.

- Your data under your control.

Before implementation, we clarify which data goes where and which services are involved. Everyone sees only what they need for their task.

## Which process should become simpler first?

Describe it to me. Then we will know where it makes sense to start.
