Afterwards you know where it makes sense to start: with a Process Check, directly with implementation, or with the realisation that a change isn’t worth it right now. The call is deliberately not yet a full process analysis or a solution concept.
How quickly will I get a reply to my request?
Within 24 hours. When you send your request, you choose a preferred time and I confirm it by email.
Which processes can be digitalised or automated?
Above all, recurring processes in which information is transferred by hand between email, PDF, Excel, CRM, ERP, DATEV and colleagues: customer enquiries, quotes, order confirmations, orders, invoices or approvals.
Routine can run automatically. Where experience or responsibility is needed, a person still decides.
Do we need to introduce new software for this?
Usually not. The starting point is your process, not a particular tool. Existing systems are used and connected, not replaced. Depending on what is needed, the result is an automation, a form, a small web application or a connection between systems.
What does process automation cost?
That depends on the process, which is why there is no price list. Before anything is implemented, we define the scope, the goal and a fixed end to the project. If it is still unclear whether a change is worth it, a Process Check with manageable effort will clarify that, even if the recommendation is: build nothing.
